本申请公开了一种分离芯片,涉及样品分离技术领域;分离芯片包括入口通道,用于接收未稀释的待处理样品;依次连通的至少两个富集分离结构,入口通道与位于最前方的富集分离结构连通,且相邻两个富集分离结构之间的连通处的横截面积逐渐减小,富集分离结构用于从待处理样品中分离得到目标颗粒或用于从待处理样品中分离非目标颗粒以减小下游结构的样品处理压力;通过将未稀释的待处理样品注入到入口通道中,以使得待处理样品经过依次连通的至少两个富集分离结构后实现颗粒的筛选和分离,从而得到目标颗粒;本申请能够从未稀释的待处理样品中分离得到目标颗粒,且能够实现高通量的目标和有效减少杂质以提高目标颗粒的纯度。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a separation chip, and relates to the technical field of sample separation. The separation chip comprises an inlet channel for receiving an undiluted sample to be treated; the at least two enrichment and separation structures are communicated in sequence, the inlet channel is communicated with the enrichment and separation structure located at the forefront, and the cross sectional area of the communication position between every two adjacent enrichment and separation structures is gradually reduced; the enrichment and separation structure is used for separating target particles from a to-be-treated sample or separating non-target particles from the to-be-treated sample so as to reduce the sample treatment pressure of the downstream structure; an undiluted to-be-treated sample is injected into an inlet channel, so that the to-be-treated sample passes through at least two enrichment and separation structures which are communicated in sequence to realize particle screening and separation, and target particles are obtained; according to the method, the target particles can be separated from the undiluted to-be-treated sample, the high-throughput target can be achieved, and impurities can be effectively reduced so as to improve the purity of the target particles.
