Abstract | 本申请涉及检测设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种测试装置以及对FPC进行性能测试的方法。测试装置包括相对设置的两个拉伸夹具和两个挤压件;两个拉伸夹具能够相互远离和靠近,且每个拉伸夹具均具有用于夹持待测器件的夹爪;两个挤压件用于与两个拉伸夹具一一对应可拆卸连接;每个挤压件均具有连接部以及与连接部连接的挤压部;连接部用于被夹持于拉伸夹具的夹爪,且挤压部远离连接部的表面为平面;两个挤压件对应的平面之间用于形成放置待测器件的挤压空间。本申请的测试装置兼具拉伸测试和弯折疲劳测试的功能,且在弯折疲劳测试时可以通过控制两个挤压部的平面间的距离实现精确控制待测器件的弯折直径,有利于模拟FPC在折叠屏中真实工况。 |
Other Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of detection equipment, in particular to a testing device and a method for testing the performance of an FPC. The testing device comprises two tensile fixtures and two extrusion pieces which are oppositely arranged, the two stretching clamps can be far away from and close to each other, and each stretching clamp is provided with a clamping jaw for clamping a device to be tested; the two extrusion pieces are used for being detachably connected with the two stretching clamps in a one-to-one correspondence manner; each extrusion piece is provided with a connecting part and an extrusion part connected with the connecting part; the connecting part is used for being clamped on a clamping jaw of a tensile fixture, and the surface, away from the connecting part, of the extrusion part is a plane; and an extrusion space for placing a to-be-tested device is formed between the corresponding planes of the two extrusion pieces. The testing device has the functions of tensile testing and bending fatigue testing, the bending diameter of the to-be-tested device can be accurately controlled by controlling the distance between the planes of the two extrusion parts during bending fatigue testing, and simulation of the real working condition of an FPC in a folding screen is facilitated. |
