Abstract
本发明公开一种复合催化剂及其制备方法与应用,制备方法包括步骤:将含有第一类过渡金属盐的溶液A加入到含有有机配体的溶液B中,得到溶液C;将自支撑基底浸入到溶液C中静置后,取出干燥并进行退火处理,在自支撑基底上制备得到过渡金属氧化物;将表面含有过渡金属氧化物的自支撑基底浸入到含有第二类过渡金属盐的溶液D中静置,然后浸入到含有硼氢化钠和可溶性碱的溶液E中静置,重复此步骤若干次,得到复合催化剂。本发明将通过简单的共沉淀法和反复浸渍的方法制备得到具有多级结构且形貌均匀、比表面积大、活性位点多的自支撑结构复合催化剂。本发明的制备方法耗时短、制备工序简单、反应条件简单且温和、成本低、环境友好且可大规模制备。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a composite catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a solution A containing a first type of transition metal salt into a solution B containing an organic ligand to obtain a solution C; immersing a self-supporting substrate into the solution C for standing, taking out the self-supporting substrate, drying the self-supporting substrate, and annealing the self-supporting substrate to prepare the transition metal oxide on the self-supporting substrate; and immersing the self-supporting substrate containing the transition metal oxide on the surface into a solution D containing a second type of transition metal salt for standing, then immersing the self-supporting substrate into a solution E containing sodium borohydride and soluble alkali for standing, and repeating the step for several times to obtain the composite catalyst. The self-supporting structure composite catalyst with a multilevel structure, uniform morphology, large specific surface area and multiple active sites is prepared through a simple coprecipitation method and a repeated impregnation method. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is short in time consumption, simple in preparation process, simple and mild in reaction condition, low in cost, environment-friendly and capable of realizing large-scale preparation.
