本发明公开的一种对带腐蚀损伤的钢结构进行加固的装置及方法,由压紧部、夹持部和固定部等组成的对带腐蚀损伤的钢结构进行加固的装置,起到了对采用FRP布加固钢结构的部分的模具、固定作用;利用不粘性好的聚四氟乙烯制成的压紧部施压于FRP布,通过控制压紧部的内尺寸,控制了加固部分的整体厚度,并设置搭接槽减少胶粘剂渗出粘结转动部,实现装置的重复利用;通过定位固定部,固定了压紧部施压的加固部分,减小FRP布的滑移和松动,该装置提升了施工质量。所述加固方法包括:去除待加固构件锈蚀并进行表面清洁,环绕粘贴FRP布至清洁后的构件并压实,通过所述装置固定成型,该加固方法提升了服役中带腐蚀损伤的钢结构的结构性能并延长其使用寿命。
Other Abstract
According to the device and method for reinforcing the steel structure with the corrosion damage, the device for reinforcing the steel structure with the corrosion damage is composed of the pressing part, the clamping part, the fixing part and the like, and the effect of fixing a mold of the part, where the steel structure is reinforced through FRP cloth, is achieved; the pressing part made of polytetrafluoroethylene with good non-stickiness is used for pressing the FRP cloth, the overall thickness of the reinforced part is controlled by controlling the inner size of the pressing part, and the lap joint groove is formed to reduce adhesive seepage and bond the rotating part, so that the device is reused; and through the positioning and fixing part, the reinforcing part pressed by the pressing part is fixed, slippage and looseness of the FRP cloth are reduced, and the construction quality is improved through the device. The reinforcing method comprises the steps that corrosion of a component to be reinforced is removed, surface cleaning is conducted, FRP cloth is pasted to the cleaned component in a surrounding mode and compacted, and fixing and forming are conducted through the device. The reinforcing method improves the structural performance of a steel structure with corrosion damage in service, and the service life of the steel structure is prolonged.
