本发明公开了一种LIG材料、其制备方法及应用,涉及碳材料技术领域。LIG材料的制备方法包括:以壳寡糖为前驱体材料,对前驱体材料进行激光诱导,以得到石墨烯材料。通过以壳寡糖为原料,采用激光诱导的方法制备石墨烯材料,该方法不仅所需的原材料壳寡糖粉体绿色、环保,还可制膜或者混合其他物质制浆,制备过程简单、高效,生产成本低,适用于批量化生产功能化的石墨烯材料。制备得到的LIG材料应用非常广泛,可以在制备超级电容器或传感器中得到应用,也可以应用在先进半导体器件制造和封装领域。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses an LIG material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of carbon materials. The preparation method of the LIG material comprises the following steps: by taking chitosan oligosaccharide as a precursor material, carrying out laser induction on the precursor material to obtain the graphene material. Chitosan oligosaccharide is used as a raw material, the graphene material is prepared by adopting a laser induction method, the required raw material chitosan oligosaccharide powder is green and environment-friendly, the method can be used for preparing a film or mixing other substances for pulping, the preparation process is simple and efficient, the production cost is low, and the method is suitable for mass production of functionalized graphene materials. The prepared LIG material is very wide in application, can be applied to preparation of supercapacitors or sensors, and can also be applied to the field of manufacturing and packaging of advanced semiconductor devices.
