| Other Abstract | The utility model provides a rotary steel pipe umbilical cable cabling and doubling die device, which comprises a bundling section, a wrapping section and a shaping section which are communicated in sequence, the bundling section, the wrapping section and the shaping section form an integral cavity, and the inner diameter of the wrapping section is larger than the inner diameters of the bundling section and the shaping section; the inner wall of the bundling section is communicated with a lubricant injection pipe, the inner wall of the wrapping section is provided with a wrapping rope positioning port, and the wrapping rope positioning port is communicated with a wrapping rope conveying pipe; and one or more bearings are arranged on the outer ring surface of the rotary cabling and doubling die device for the steel pipe umbilical cable. The rotary cabling and doubling die device for the steel pipe umbilical cable can effectively solve the problem of lateral deformation during cabling of the steel pipe umbilical cable so as to improve the cabling processing precision of the umbilical cable. |
