Abstract | 本实用新型提供了一种助力式膝关节假肢,包括大腿连接件、小腿连接件、与大腿连接件相连的上关节组件、与小腿连接件相连的下关节组件和驱动上关节组件与下关节组件发生相对转动的助力机构,助力机构包括用于放大力矩并产生膝关节驱动力的谐波减速机、用于驱动谐波减速机的驱动轴、与驱动轴相连以驱动驱动轴转动的驱动电机,谐波减速机包括波形发生器、柔轮和刚轮,波形发生器与驱动轴相连,柔轮与下关节组件相连,刚轮与上关节组件相连。本实用新型的助力式膝关节假肢,在转动连接的上关节组件与下关节组件之间,设有谐波减速机,谐波减速机对力矩进行放大,降低安装假肢一侧髋关节的输出力矩,使截肢患者能够长时间保持对称自然的步态行走。 |
Other Abstract | The utility model provides a power-assisted knee joint prosthesis. The robot comprises a thigh connecting piece, a shank connecting piece, an upper joint assembly connected with the thigh connecting piece, a lower joint assembly connected with the shank connecting piece and a power assisting mechanism for driving the upper joint assembly and the lower joint assembly to rotate relatively. The powerassisting mechanism comprises a harmonic speed reducer used for amplifying torque and generating knee joint driving force, a driving shaft used for driving the harmonic speed reducer, and a driving motor connected with the driving shaft so as to drive the driving shaft to rotate. The harmonic speed reducer comprises a waveform generator, a flexible gear and a rigid gear, the waveform generator isconnected with the driving shaft, the flexible gear is connected with the lower joint assembly, and the rigid gear is connected with the upper joint assembly. According to the power-assisted knee joint artificial limb, the harmonic speed reducer is arranged between the upper joint assembly and the lower joint assembly which are connected in the rotating mode, the harmonic speed reducer amplifiesthe moment of force, the output moment of the hip joint on one side where the artificial limb is installed is reduced, and an amputated patient can keep symmetrical and natural gait walking for a longtime. |
