本实用新型提供了一种电脑程控自动脉冲管制冷机配气系统,其中,配气系统包括设置有冷头输送气体总管的脉冲管式冷头、设置有出气管和回流管的气体压缩机、气体转接头、第一电磁阀组、第二电磁阀组、PLC控制器、自动程控电脑;所述气体转接头包括三个端口,其中,第一端口与所述冷头输送气体总管连通,第二端口通过第一电磁阀组与所述出气管连通,第三端口通过第二电磁阀组与所述回流管连通,所述第一电磁阀组和第二电磁阀组均与所述PLC控制器电连接,所述PLC控制器与所述自动程控电脑电连接。本实用新型提供的配气系统不仅可以使进、排气互不干扰,配气更加准确,同时也实现了对进、排气流量与阀门开闭时间相位的精准控制。

The utility model provides a gas distribution system of a computer program control automatic pulse tube refrigerator, which comprises a pulse tube type cold head provided with a cold head gas conveying main pipe, a gas compressor provided with a gas outlet pipe and a return pipe, a gas adapter, a first electromagnetic valve group, a second electromagnetic valve group, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and an automatic program control computer, the gas adapter comprises three ports, the first port is communicated with the cold head gas conveying main pipe, the second port is communicated with the gas outlet pipe through a first electromagnetic valve set, the third port is communicated with the backflow pipe through a second electromagnetic valve set, and the first electromagnetic valve set and the second electromagnetic valve set are both electrically connected with the PLC. And the PLC is electrically connected with the automatic program control computer. According to the gas distribution system provided by the utility model, gas inlet and exhaust are not interfered with each other, gas distribution is more accurate, and meanwhile, precise control on gas inlet and exhaust flow and valve opening and closing time phases is also realized.
