Abstract
本发明公开了非接触式磁流体转速测量装置、设计方法及转速测量方法;非接触式磁流体转速测量装置包括同轴心设置的测速轴和测速套筒,测速套筒套设于测速轴上,且测速轴之间设置有间隙;测速套筒开设有测速腔体,测速腔体内设置有导电涂层、感应电极和磁流体,导电涂层和感应电极外接电流检测电路,且与测速轴同轴心设置;测速轴固定有测速磁铁,测速磁铁与感应电极同径向设置;测速轴用于连接待测物体转速输出端,并同步带动测速套筒转动。进而有效降低了测速轴产生负载,提高其安全性、稳定性和适用范围。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a non-contact type magnetic fluid rotation speed measurement device and a design method thereof, and a rotation speed measurement method. The non-contact type magnetic fluid rotation speed measurement device comprises a speed measurement shaft and a speed measurement sleeve arranged coaxially; the speed measurement sleeve is arranged on the speed measurement shaft, and hasa gap with the speed measurement shaft; the speed measurement sleeve is provided with a speed measurement cavity in which conductive coating, a sensing electrode and magnetic fluid are arranged; the conductive coating and the sensing electrode are connected with a current detection circuit, and are coaxially arranged with the speed measurement shaft; a speed measurement magnet is fixed on the speed measurement shaft, and the speed measurement magnet and the sensing electrode are arranged in a same radial direction; the speed measurement shaft is used for connecting the rotation speed output end of an object to be measured, and synchronously driving the speed rotation sleeve to rotate. Therefore, the load generated by the speed measurement shaft is effectively reduced, and the security, stability and application range of the speed measurement device are improved.
