Abstract | 本发明公开了一种超声波分散装置,涉及纳米颗粒分散技术领域。该超声波分散装置包括分散容器、超声波发生器、水箱、制冷机构和水泵。分散容器设置于水箱内,超声波发生器伸入分散容器设置,超声波发生器用于对分散容器内的悬浊液进行超声波分散,水泵通过制冷机构与水箱连接,水泵用于带动水箱内的冷却液循环流动,制冷机构用于对冷却液进行制冷。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的超声波分散装置由于采用了设置于水箱内的分散容器以及通过制冷机构与水箱连接的水泵,所以能够解决长时间运行产生的过热问题,保证纳米颗粒的分散效果,防止分散容器因受热不均而炸裂的情况发生,提高稳定性和安全性。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses an ultrasonic dispersion device, and relates to the technical field of nano-particle dispersion. The ultrasonic dispersion device comprises a dispersion container, an ultrasonic generator, a water tank, a refrigeration mechanism and a water pump. The dispersion container is arranged in the water tank, the ultrasonic generator extends into the dispersion container and is used for performing ultrasonic dispersion on turbid liquid in the dispersion container, the water pump is connected with the water tank through the refrigeration mechanism and is used for driving cooling liquid in the water tank to circularly flow, and the refrigeration mechanism is used for refrigerating the cooling liquid. Compared with the prior art, the ultrasonic dispersion device provided by the invention adopts the dispersion container arranged in the water tank and the water pump connected with the water tank through the refrigeration mechanism, so that the problem of overheating caused by long-time operation can be solved, and the dispersion effect of nanoparticles is ensured; the condition that the dispersion container is exploded due to uneven heating is prevented, and the stability and the safety are improved. |
