Abstract | 本申请属于材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚硫醚弹性体及其制备方法。聚硫醚弹性体的制备方法包括步骤:将5摩尔份数的二乙烯基醚、3.5~4.8摩尔份数的二元硫醇、0.13~1.0摩尔份数的多元硫醇与增强增韧剂、助剂与光引发剂混合后进行聚合反应,得到聚硫醚弹性体;增强增韧剂为单体总量的0~10wt%;助剂为单体总量的0~0.1wt%;光引发剂为单体总量的0.01~0.6wt%。原料来源广泛,不需金属催化剂,成本低。制备的聚硫醚弹性体在室温下具有非常好柔顺性,优异力学回弹性、稳定的循环拉伸迟滞性和循环压缩迟滞性,同时透明度灵活可调,与大多数极性的基底粘附性好,可应用于柔性电子皮肤、微流控、医疗器械等领域。 |
Other Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of materials, and particularly relates to a polythioether elastomer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the polythioether elastomer comprises the following steps: mixing 5 parts by mole of divinyl ether, 3.5-4.8 parts by mole of binary mercaptan, 0.13-1.0 part by mole of polymercaptan, a reinforcing and toughening agent, an auxiliary agent and a photoinitiator, and then carrying out polymerization reaction to obtain the polythioether elastomer, the reinforcing and toughening agent accounts for 0-10 wt% of the total amount of the monomers; the auxiliary agent accounts for 0-0.1 wt% of the total amount of the monomers; and the photoinitiator accounts for 0.01-0.6 wt% of the total amount of the monomers. Raw materials are wide in source, metal catalysts are not needed, and cost is low. The prepared polythioether elastomer has very good flexibility, excellent mechanical resilience, stable cyclic stretching hysteresis and cyclic compression hysteresis at room temperature, flexible and adjustable transparency and good adhesion with most polar substrates, and can be applied to the fields of flexible electronic skin, microfluidics, medical instruments and the like. |
