Abstract	本发明涉及一种单细胞基因组测序用的DNA文库的构建方法，该方法包括：将细胞核内的DNA片段化，得到DNA被片段化的细胞核；采用不同的序列标签对多个细胞核内的片段化DNA进行多轮标记，使得各细胞核内的片段化DNA连接有由多个序列标签组成的标签码，各细胞核的片段化DNA连接的标签码各不同；及扩增连接有标签码的片段化DNA，得到单细胞基因组测序用的DNA文库。该方法快捷且成本较低。
Other Abstract	The invention relates to a construction method of a DNA library for single cell genome sequencing, and the method comprises the following steps: fragmenting DNAs in cell nucleuses to obtain DNA fragmented cell nucleuses; carrying out multiple rounds of marking on the fragmented DNAs in the plurality of cell nucleuses by adopting different sequence tags, so that the fragmented DNAs in the cell nucleuses are connected with tag codes consisting of the plurality of sequence tags, and the tag codes connected with the fragmented DNAs of the cell nucleus are different; and amplifying the fragmented DNAs connected with the tag codes to obtain the DNA library for single cell genome sequencing. The method is fast and low in cost.
