The invention discloses a nano-drug and a preparation method and application thereof.The nano-drug comprises a metal matrix and an organic ligand modifying the metal matrix, the organic ligand and the metal matrix have a synergistic effect, proliferation of coronavirus can be effectively inhibited, and the coronavirus can be killed. The nano-drug has a good prospect in preparation of drugs for treating coronavirus. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the nano-drug.
