Other Abstract | A series of strong luminous ring metallized rhodium (III) complexes are designed and prepared, and the photoluminescence quantum yield of the film is up to 0.65. The strong luminescent property is realized through the ingenious selection of a strong sigma-donor ring metallization ligand, and the ligand has a lower intramolecular state and the capability of improving the d-d excited state. This is the first report that the rhodium (III) complex can be used as an efficient luminescent material of an organic luminescent device. The noticeable external quantum efficiency as high as 12.2% and the working half-life period of more than 3000 hours are realized. |
