本发明适用于金属材料开发及成型制造领域,提供了一种高通量材料开发成型设备。包括机柜,内部形成有容纳空间;控制柜,设置在机柜的外侧;激光成型组件,设置在容纳空间内,并与控制柜电连接,激光成型组件用于按需调配各加工原料配比,并加工成样品件;存放装置,设置在容纳空间内,存放装置用于存放加工时所需的成型基板和用于供加工后获得的样品件存放;成型辅助装置,设置在容纳空间内,成型辅助装置用于将成型基板搬运至激光成型组件处进行样品件的加工,并能按需调整成型基板的位置以及在获得样品件后再将成型基板存放至存放装置上。在本发明中,样品件成型生产自动化程度和自由度高,样品形状多样,能够满足不同形状样品件的加工需求。

The invention is suitable for the field of metal material development and forming manufacturing, and provides high-throughput material development and forming equipment. Comprising a cabinet in which an accommodating space is formed; the control cabinet is arranged on the outer side of the machine cabinet; the laser forming assembly is arranged in the containing space and electrically connected with the control cabinet, and the laser forming assembly is used for adjusting the ratio of all machining raw materials according to needs and machining the machining raw materials into sample pieces; the storage device is arranged in the containing space, and the storage device is used for storing a forming base plate needed during machining and storing a sample piece obtained after machining; and the forming auxiliary device is arranged in the containing space, and the forming auxiliary device is used for carrying the forming substrate to the laser forming assembly for processing the sample piece, adjusting the position of the forming substrate according to needs and storing the forming substrate on the storage device after the sample piece is obtained. According to the invention, the automation degree and the degree of freedom of sample piece forming production are high, the sample shapes are diversified, and the processing requirements of sample pieces in different shapes can be met.
