本发明属于增材制造技术领域,公开了一种激光送粉熔覆系统及激光送粉熔覆控制方法。该激光送粉熔覆系统,包括:熔覆头,其被配置为向待加工工件表面喷送金属粉末;相机,其设置于熔覆头的一侧,相机用于检测熔池形态图像;温度检测器,其设置于熔覆头的另一侧,温度检测器用于检测熔池温度图像,且熔覆头、相机和温度检测器位于同一竖直平面内。该激光送粉熔覆控制方法包括以下步骤:获取实际熔池形态参数和实际熔池温度参数;根据实际熔池形态参数和实际熔池温度参数,调整熔覆头的熔覆参数。该激光送粉熔覆系统实现待加工工件在整个熔覆过程中多维度检测,监测数据丰富和准确,从而提高检测精度。
Other Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of additive manufacturing, and discloses a laser powder feeding cladding system and control method. The laser powder feeding cladding system comprises a cladding head, a camera and a temperature detector, wherein the cladding head is configured to spray metal powders to the surface of a workpiece to be processed; the camera is arranged on one side of the cladding head, and the camera is used to detect a morphology image of a molten pool; and the temperature detector is arranged on the other side of the cladding head, and is used to detect a temperature image of the molten pool, and the cladding head, the camera and the temperature detector are arranged in the same vertical plane. The laser powder feeding cladding control method comprises the following steps of obtaining actual molten pool morphology parameters and actual molten pool temperature parameters; and adjusting cladding parameters of the cladding head according to the actual moltenpool morphology parameters and the actual molten pool temperature parameters. The laser powder feeding cladding system achieves multi-dimensional detection of the workpiece to be processed in the whole cladding process, and the monitoring data are rich and accurate, so that the detection accuracy is improved.
