本实用新型公开了一种发动机转子支架及发动机,发动机转子支架包括支架本体,支架本体包括支撑体,支撑体为中空结构,支撑体的两相对端分别设有用于支撑轴承的第一支撑位和第二支撑位,第一支撑位和第二支撑位的内壁均设有周期对称的离散支撑结构,离散支撑结构包括多条沟槽,多条沟槽沿支撑体的周向均匀间隔设置。本实用新型发动机转子支架通过在第一支撑位和第二支撑位均设置上述离散支撑结构,改变了轴承装配位置的结构设计,使其在一定范围内具备弹性变形能力,从而使发动机转子支架在轴承装配位置对尺寸精度和形位公差的要求及成形误差均包含在结构的弹性形变范围内,摆脱了对精密机械加工的依赖,进而提升了制造效率,降低了生产成本。

The utility model discloses an engine rotor support and an engine. The engine rotor support comprises a support body. The support body comprises a supporting body, the supporting body is of a hollow structure, the two opposite ends of the supporting body are provided with a first supporting position and a second supporting position respectively, the first supporting position and the second supporting position are used for supporting a bearing, the inner wall of the first supporting position and the inner wall of the second supporting position are each provided with a periodically-symmetrical discrete supporting structure, and each discrete supporting structure comprises a plurality of grooves which are evenly formed in the circumferential direction of the supporting body at intervals. According to the engine rotor bracket, the discrete supporting structures are arranged at the first supporting position and the second supporting position; the structural design of the bearing assembly position is changed; according to the utility model, the elastic deformation capability is realized in a certain range, so that the requirements of the engine rotor bracket on the dimensional precisionand form and location tolerance at the bearing assembly position and the forming error are included in the elastic deformation range of the structure, the dependence on precision machining is eliminated, the manufacturing efficiency is further improved, and the production cost is reduced.
