Abstract | 本发明提供了一种助力式膝关节假肢,包括大腿连接件、小腿连接件、与大腿连接件相连的上关节组件、与小腿连接件相连的下关节组件和驱动上关节组件与下关节组件发生相对转动的助力机构,助力机构包括用于放大力矩并产生膝关节驱动力的谐波减速机、用于驱动谐波减速机的驱动轴、与驱动轴相连以驱动驱动轴转动的驱动电机,谐波减速机包括波形发生器、柔轮和刚轮,波形发生器与驱动轴相连,柔轮与下关节组件相连,刚轮与上关节组件相连。本发明的助力式膝关节假肢,在转动连接的上关节组件与下关节组件之间,设有谐波减速机,谐波减速机对力矩进行放大,降低安装假肢一侧髋关节的输出力矩,使截肢患者能够长时间保持对称自然的步态行走。 |
Other Abstract | The invention provides an assist type knee prosthesis, comprising a thigh connector, a shank connector, an upper joint assembly connected with the thigh connector, a lower joint assembly connected with the shank connector, and an assist mechanism that drives the upper joint assembly and the lower joint assembly to rotate relatively. The assist mechanism comprises a harmonic reducer for amplifyinga torque and producing knee driving force, a driving shaft for driving the harmonic reducer, and a driving motor connected with the driving shaft to drive the same to rotate; the harmonic reducer comprises a waveform generator, a flexible wheel and a rigid wheel; the waveform generator is connected with the driving shaft; the flexible wheel is connected with the lower joint assembly; the rigid wheel is connected with the upper joint assembly. The assist type knee prosthesis has the advantages that the harmonic reducer rotationally connected between the upper joint assembly and the lower jointassembly amplifies the torque, the output torque of the hip joint at the prosthesis side is reduced, and an amputated patient can walk with symmetric natural gaits for long time. |
