Abstract
本发明公开一种多功能复合布料及其制备方法,其中,所述方法包括步骤:将初始布料放入阻燃阳离子聚合物溶液中进行浸渍处理,得到一次改性布料;将所述一次改性布料放入阻燃阴离子聚合物溶液中进行浸渍处理,得到二次改性布料;将所述二次改性布料放入粘结自修复浆料中进行浸渍处理,得到三次改性布料;将所述三次改性布料放入到包括疏水改性颗粒和抗菌纳米颗粒的功能型溶液中进行浸渍处理,得到所述多功能复合布料。本发明提供的多功能复合布料的制备方法是将防火、疏水、抗菌多功能集成到单层布料上,不改变布料的柔软性和透气性的同时在各项功能设计上性能优越,且具有良好的稳定性、耐磨性、耐洗性、阻燃、杀菌以及超疏水特性。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses multifunctional composite cloth and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps of putting initial cloth into a flame-retardant cationic polymer solution to besubjected to dipping treatment so as to obtain primary modified cloth; putting the primary modified cloth into a flame-retardant anionic polymer solution to be subjected to dipping treatment so as toobtain the secondary modified cloth; and putting the secondary modified cloth into a bonding self-repairing slurry to be subjected to dipping treatment so as to obtain tertiary modified cloth; and putting the tertiary modified cloth into a functional solution containing hydrophobic modified particles and antibacterial nano-particles, and carrying out impregnation treatment so as to obtain the multifunctional composite cloth. According to the preparation method of the multifunctional composite cloth provided by the invention, fireproof, hydrophobic and antibacterial functions are integrated onthe single-layer cloth, the performance of various functional designs is excellent while the flexibility and air permeability of the cloth are not changed, and the cloth has good stability, wear resistance, washability, flame retardance, sterilization and super-hydrophobic properties.
