本发明公开了一种横向扫描变焦的光学成像方法及系统,方法包括:以设定扫面范围及扫描速度沿激发光束传播方向轴向扫描荧光光束,以形成具有大视场的光片;沿垂直激发光束传播方向横向扫描荧光光束并与相机的滚动快门同步得到横向扫描图像;将相机采集到的横向扫描图像中的共聚图像进行像素的重新分配及重新组合,以消除光片的旁瓣效应。本发明通过沿光束传播的方向扫描荧光光束,以形成一个具有较大视场的光片,其后与相机的滚动快门同步以实现荧光光束的横向扫描,以在不牺牲荧光光束检测效率的同时增大成像视场,并将扫描得到的图像的共聚图像进行像素的重新分配与重新组合,以消除光片的旁瓣效应,可以在保持高光子效率的同时提高成像分辨率。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a transverse scanning zoom optical imaging method and system, and the method comprises the steps: axially scanning a fluorescent light beam in the propagation direction of an excitation light beam at a set scanning range and a set scanning speed, so as to form a light sheet with a large field of view; transversely scanning the fluorescent light beam along a direction vertical to the propagation direction of the excitation light beam and synchronizing with a rolling shutter of the camera to obtain a transversely scanned image; and carrying out pixel redistribution and recombination on the copolymerized image in the transverse scanning image acquired by the camera so as to eliminate the side lobe effect of the X-ray plate. The fluorescent light beam is scanned in the light beam propagation direction to form a light sheet with a large view field, and then the light sheet is synchronized with the rolling shutter of the camera to achieve transverse scanning of the fluorescent light beam, so that the imaging view field is enlarged while the detection efficiency of the fluorescent light beam is not sacrificed, and the imaging precision is improved. And pixel redistribution and recombination are carried out on the copolymerized image of the scanned image, so that the side lobe effect of the X-ray plate is eliminated, and the imaging resolution can be improved while the high photon efficiency is kept.
