Abstract | 本发明公开了一种高导热纳米复合纤维薄膜及其制备方法,该高导热纳米复合纤维薄膜的制备方法包括:将由碳材料经改性处理制得的改性碳材料与聚合物混合制备混合溶胶,而后采用混合溶胶进行制备静电纺丝,并采用平行电极收集纳米复合纤维;其中,改性处理用于使改性后的碳材料与聚合物可实现均匀混合。通过以上方式,可实现纳米复合纤维薄膜内两级结构的有序排列组装,包括纳米复合纤维内的碳材料沿着纤维轴向的有序排列和复合纤维的一致取向,大幅度提高纳米复合纤维薄膜材料的导热性能,可减少改性碳材料的填充量。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses a high-heat-conduction nano composite fiber film and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the high-heat-conduction nano composite fiber film comprises the following steps: mixing a modified carbon material prepared by modifying a carbon material with a polymer to prepare mixed sol, carrying out electrostatic spinning by adopting the mixed sol, and collecting nano composite fibers by adopting parallel electrodes. By modification treatment, the modified carbon material and the polymer can be uniformly mixed. By means of the mode, ordered arrangement andassembly of two stages of structures in the nano composite fiber film can be realized, ordered arrangement of the carbon material in the nano composite fibers along the fiber axial direction and consistent orientation of the composite fibers are included, the heat conductivity of the nano composite fiber film material is greatly improved, and the filling amount of the modified carbon material canbe reduced. |
