本发明公开了一种基于开口环局域微波致声成像的液体浓度检测装置及方法,通过结合开口环谐振技术与微波致声成像技术组成基于开口环局域微波致声成像技术,实现高效率的微波致声转换平台,产生高信噪比的热声信号,提高了对极性分子、离子浓度的检测灵敏度。液体浓度检测装置包括金属开口环、圆柱状胶管、微波致声成像系统和图像处理分析模块。液体浓度检测方法对重建图像进行处理,获得胶管区域内的图像像素点总和值,基于对应关系获得待测液体中极性分子或离子的浓度值。与电化学检测方式和传统的微波致声成像技术相比,本发明具有非接触、高灵敏度、实时检测、信噪比高、成本低等特点,在体外诊断领域具有重大潜在应用价值。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid concentration detection device and method based on split ring local microwave-induced acoustic imaging. A split ring resonance technology and a microwave-induced acoustic imaging technology are combined to form a split ring local microwave-induced acoustic imaging technology, a high-efficiency microwave-induced acoustic conversion platform is realized, and a thermoacoustic signal with a high signal-to-noise ratio is generated. The detection sensitivity on the concentration of polar molecules and ions is improved. The liquid concentration detection device comprises a metal split ring, a cylindrical rubber tube, a microwave-induced acoustic imaging system and an image processing and analyzing module. According to the liquid concentration detection method, the reconstructed image is processed, the sum value of image pixel points in the rubber tube area is obtained, and the concentration value of polar molecules or ions in the to-be-detected liquid is obtained based on the corresponding relation. Compared with an electrochemical detection mode and a traditional microwave-induced acoustic imaging technology, the device and method have the characteristics of non-contact, high sensitivity, real-time detection, high signal-to-noise ratio, low cost and the like, and have great potential application value in the field of in-vitro diagnosis.
