| Abstract | 本发明公开一种光纤激光输出头的制造方法。首先，提供多组光纤、多根拉锥套管及封装套管。其次，将每组光纤紧密排列在对应一个拉锥套管中并熔融拉锥以得到光纤束。然后，将多根光纤束紧密排列封装在所述封装套管中。此外，本发明还公开一种光纤激光输出头。本发明的光纤激光输出头的制造方法及光纤激光输出头利用不同横截面的封装套管输出不同形状的光斑，从而实现一种新的激光输出装置工作模式，使其能应用于特殊需求的激光加工领域。同时，由于光纤激光输出头的结构简单及制造方便，因此制造成本低。 |
| Other Abstract | The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a fiber laser output head. The method includes steps of firstly, providing multiple groups of fibers, multiple tapering sleeve pipes and packaging sleeve pipes; secondly, tightly aligning every group of fibers in corresponding tapering sleeve pipe and performing fused biconical tapering to obtain the fiber beam; then tightly aligning and packaging multiple fibers in the packaging sleeve pipe. Besides, the invention further discloses a fiber laser output head. The manufacturing method of the fiber laser output head and the fiber laser output head can realize a new working mode of the laser output device by outputting different shapes of light spots through the packaging sleeve pipes with different cross sections, thus the fiber laser output head can be applied to the laser processing field with special demand. Meanwhile, the fiber laser output head is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture; therefore, the manufacturing cost is low. |
