本发明提供了一种红外光波段反射膜及其制备方法和应用,所述反射膜包括聚合物薄膜反射层和胆甾相液晶层,其中,所述胆甾相液晶的反射中心波长在760nm‑1mm之间;所述聚合物薄膜具有左旋结构且所述胆甾相液晶具有右旋结构,或者,所述聚合物薄膜具有右旋结构且所述胆甾相液晶具有左旋结构。本发明提供的反射膜可反射红外光,反射率极高,可达到98%以上,且具有较宽的光子禁带宽度,宽度在170nm以上。
Other Abstract
The invention provides an infrared light band reflective film and a preparation method and application thereof. The reflective film comprises a polymer film reflective layer and a cholesteric liquid crystal layer. The reflective center wavelength of the cholesteric liquid crystal is within 760nm-1mm. The polymer film has a left-handed structure and the cholesteric liquid crystal has a right-handedstructure, or the polymer film has the right-handed structure and the cholesteric liquid crystal has the left-handed structure. The reflective film can reflect infrared light and the reflectivity isextremely high and can reach 98% or more, and the reflective film has a wide photonic band gap and the width is 170 nm or more.
