本发明公开了化合物及用途、有机发光器件及其制备方法。具体地,本发明涉及一种化合物在制备有机发光器件的空穴注入层中的用途,其中,所述化合物的化学通式为ABX3,其中,A为选自甲胺、乙烯胺、铯的一种;B为选自铅、锡的一种;X为选自氯、溴、碘的至少之一。该化合物的空穴注入能力强,有较强的电荷迁移率,易溶于有机溶剂同时难溶于极性较低的有机溶剂,制备简单,价格低廉,并且可以用旋涂法制备所述空穴注入层。因此,该化合物提升了有机发光器件的发光性能和使用寿命,降低了能耗和生产成本,并且可实现全溶液制备多层有机发光器件。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a compound and application, an organic light emitting device and a preparation method thereof, in particularly, relates to the application of a compound in preparation of a hole injection layer of the organic light emitting device. The compound has a chemical general formula of ABX3, A is selected from one of methylamine, vinylamine and cesium, and X is selected from one ofchlorine, bromine and iodine. The compound is strong in the hole injection capacity, strong in charge mobility, easy to dissolve in an organic solvent, difficult to dissolve in an organic solvent inlower polarity, simple in preparation and low in price, and the hole injection layer can be prepared in a spin coating method. Thus, the compound can enhance the light emitting performance and the service life of the organic light emitting device, the energy consumption and the production cost are reduced, and the multilayer organic light emitting device can be prepared by full solution.
