Abstract | 本发明涉及一种利用红壤制备方沸石的低温绿色合成方法,属于环境生态材料的化工制备技术领域。该沸石材料的制备方法如下:以红壤为反应原料,直接采用水热法制得高结晶性的单一晶相方沸石产品。本发明采用南方天然土壤为原料,成本低廉;工艺流程简便,易于工业化;合成步骤不涉及高温流程,工艺路径节能环保;所制备的沸石产品具有单一的方沸石晶相,晶粒粒径尺寸约80~90μm。 |
Other Abstract | The invention relates to a low-temperature green synthesis method for preparing analcime from red soil, and belongs to the technical field of chemical preparation of environmental ecological materials. The preparation method of the zeolite material comprises the following steps: by taking red soil as a reaction raw material, directly preparing a high-crystallinity single-crystalline-phase analcimeproduct by adopting a hydrothermal method. By using southern natural soil as the raw material, the cost is low; the technological process is simple and easy to industrialize; the synthesis steps do not involve a high-temperature process, and the process path is energy-saving and environment-friendly; the prepared zeolite product has a single analcime crystal phase, and the grain size is about 80-90 microns. |
