| Abstract | 目的: 综述用于构建智能假肢人机接口的靶向肌肉神经功能重建（targeted muscle reinnervation，TMR）手术，为截肢患者的残肢功能重建提供新的临床干预范式。. 方法: 广泛查阅国内外相关文献，系统性阐述智能假肢的外科需求、TMR手术方案、目标人群与预后，以及TMR的发展与未来。. 结果: TMR手术通过重建“大脑-脊髓-外周神经-骨骼肌”的神经传导通路，增加模式识别所需的表面肌电信号，促进截肢患者对于智能假肢的直觉操控。TMR术前应根据截肢患者的残肢情况及功能需求设计个性化手术方案，不同目的的TMR手术应针对不同目标人群。. 结论: TMR手术已被国外认证为改善假肢操控能力的变革性技术，有望成为国内200万截肢患者新的临床干预范式。. |
