| Abstract | 本发明提供了一种封装光敏剂的紫外交联桃胶多糖纳米球、制备方法及其应用，该制备方法为：将1重量份的水解桃胶多糖、2‑5重量份的肉桂酸、0.1‑1重量份4‑二甲氨基吡啶、0.5‑5重量份的N,N‑二环己基碳二亚胺于氮气氛围下溶于无水的N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺中，在室温下反应24‑48小时后，加入冰乙醇沉淀、洗涤3次，于60度烘箱中干燥至恒重，得到两亲性桃胶多糖‑肉桂酸共聚物；将所述两亲性桃胶多糖‑肉桂酸共聚物溶于有机溶剂中，当完全溶解后缓慢滴入相当于有机溶剂体积4‑9倍的水，然后透析8‑24小时，即可得到封装光敏剂桃胶多糖‑肉桂酸纳米球；最后将得到的封装光敏剂桃胶多糖‑肉桂酸纳米球在紫外光下光照0.5‑2小时，得到封装光敏剂的紫外交联稳定的桃胶多糖纳米球。 |
