Abstract
本发明提供一种颜色转换层及其制备方法和应用。所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)在基底的任意一面,经喷墨打印后固化,得到黑色矩阵;(2)在步骤(1)得到的黑色矩阵的空隙,经喷墨打印后固化制备量子点发光矩阵,得到所述颜色转换层;所述黑色矩阵由黑色单元组成;所述量子点发光矩阵由量子点发光单元组成;所述量子点发光单元镶嵌于相邻2个黑色单元之间。本发明采用喷墨打印的方法制备得到的颜色转换层对蓝光具有较低的透过率,从而可以较高的颜色转换效率,且本发明提供的颜色转换层的制备方法简单,生产成本较低,适于颜色转换层的工业化生产。
