本申请涉及激光照明技术领域,涉及一种光电玻璃及其制备方法、发光器件。光电玻璃,包括:发光点和基质;发光点分散在基质中;发光点为石墨烯量子点材料,基质为铝硼硅系微晶玻璃。本申请的光电玻璃,石墨烯量子点在微晶玻璃基质中均匀分散、无团聚,有助于提高大功率白光照明器件的发光效率和发光均匀性。并且本申请的光电玻璃相比于现有的发光薄膜来说,能够展现出更加优异的机械强度、热稳定性、耐蚀性。因而,将本申请的新型光电玻璃应用于发光器件,能够提高器件的发光稳定性,解决聚合物发光器件出现光通量衰减、稳定性下降、色坐标漂移等问题。

Other Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of laser illumination, in particular to photoelectric glass, a preparation method thereof and a light-emitting device. The photoelectric glass comprises a luminous point and a matrix, the luminous points are dispersed in the matrix; the luminous point is a graphene quantum dot material, and the matrix is aluminum-boron-silicon microcrystalline glass. According to the photoelectric glass disclosed by the invention, the graphene quantum dots are uniformly dispersed in the microcrystalline glass matrix and are not agglomerated, so that the luminous efficiency and the luminous uniformity of a high-power white light illumination device are favorably improved. Compared with the existing light-emitting film, the photoelectric glass provided by the invention can show more excellent mechanical strength, thermal stability and corrosion resistance. Therefore, when the novel photoelectric glass is applied to the light-emitting device, the light-emitting stability of the device can be improved, and the problems of luminous flux attenuation, stability reduction, color coordinate drifting and the like of a polymer light-emitting device are solved.
