| Abstract | 目的:探讨阿替普酶急诊溶栓治疗超早期急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性.方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月南方科技大学医院急诊科收治的80例超早期急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例.对照组联合应用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片和阿司匹林治疗,研究组实施阿替普酶急诊溶栓治疗.对比两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、凝血功能及血流动力学变化情况.结果:治疗后1 d、7 d及14 d,研究组NIHSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组总有效率 |
