| Abstract | 在对外开放的大背景下,大学国际化水平是大学能力和高等教育现代化水平的重要体现.基于我国教育部直属高校校际面板数据,双向固定效应模型结果表明:经费收入对大学国际化水平具有显著正向影响;其中,财政拨款、专项经费投入和事业收入等分别对国际论文发表、国际会议参会人数、来华留学生数均具有不同程度的影响.我国政府可以通过重大专项来支持大学国际化发展;还可鼓励大学多渠道筹措经费以提升经费规模. |
