| Abstract | 高校基层团组织是共青团开展工作的前沿阵地.在全面从严治团,推动共青团改革向纵深发展的背景下,加强高校基层团组织建设,提升团的引领力、组织力、服务力和大局贡献度,成为新形势下共青团工作面临的重要而紧迫的问题.当前高校基层团组织存在部分团员先进性意识薄弱、部分团干部能力不足、部分团组织凝聚力不强等问题.加强高校基层团组织建设,应基于个体、群体和组织三个维度,从加强理想信念教育、工作团队建设以及组织文化建设三个方面下功夫,使团员、团干部和团组织相互影响、相互促进,从而全面提升基层团组织的青年工作能力. |
