| Abstract | 目的:构建适合我国养老机构护理工作特点的护士文化能力评估量表,并对该量表的可行性、信度、效度进行验证.方法:采用文献回顾、半结构式访谈及德尔菲专家函询法构建量表,通过项目分析及信效度检验进一步完善量表,检验量表效能.结果:养老机构护士文化能力评估量表包含文化意识、文化知识、文化技能、文化遭遇和文化渴望5个主维度,11个次维度,共36个条目,量表总Cronbach's α系数为 0.937,重测信度为 0.936.条目水平的内容效度指数为 0.800～1.000,问卷水平的内容效度指数为 0.912.问卷KMO值为0.894,探索性因子分析共提取出5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为50.024%.结论:该量表具有良好的信效度,可有效测评养老机构护士的文化能力. |
