Abstract	数字文化产业发展,只有以开发核心资源为前提,才能提升其核心竞争力和可持续的动能.数字文化产业需要的资源包括基本生产要素和先进生产要素.而先进生产要素包括数字技术、文化IP内容、优质资本等,具有更重要的价值.基于此,特提出TCI研究模式,即从技术(technology)、内容(content)、投资(investment)三大维度来研究数字文化产业的资源开发与有效整合:从技术维度看,要突出创新研发,推动先进技术的集成和应用;从内容维度看,要突出传承转化和人文引领,形成核心IP内容的优势;从投资维度看,要增强资本赋能,加快新型业态的培育.中国以国家文化战略为导向,在创新驱动、内容研发、投资赋能三个方面持续发力,在有机结合中实现融会贯通,将为数字文化产业提供强大的动力.
