| Abstract | 1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇是一种反映1型和2型糖尿病患者短期血糖变化(1～14 d)新型生物标志物.近年来,随着1,5-脱水葡糖醇的测定方法及临床研究不断进步,发现其与糖尿病及糖尿病并发症密切相关.然而,1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇在妊娠合并糖尿病中的作用尚不清楚.现探讨1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇在妊娠期糖尿病筛查、预测妊娠合并糖尿病中的应用价值以及与其他血糖标志物比较,1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇在孕期血糖管理中的优势与不足. |
