| Abstract | 2021 年10 月23 日,《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》(以下简称《家庭教育促进法》)正式通过,新法实施已一年有余.作为指导我国家庭教育的专门法律,《家庭教育促进法》具有极高的法律价值,使得我国家庭教育开启了有法可依的新局面;同时,面对我国家庭教育长期缺乏指导、人口基数大等国情,《家庭教育促进法》作为新兴法律还需我们进一步解读与分析,并在基层实践中不断完善,以期提高该法的现实指导效率. |
