| Abstract | 红细胞生成素及其类似物是治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)、恶性肿瘤及化学治疗、自身免疫性疾病和营养不良等引起的贫血最有效的药物.但部分患者尤其是CKD患者在使用促红细胞生成素后产生中和抗体,从而导致纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(PRCA)的发生,严重影响患者的病情与预后.全面了解抗体介导的PRCA将有助于早期发现疾病,给予适当的检测方法,从而制定合理的治疗措施,有利于改善CKD患者预后.该文对CKD中抗体介导的PRCA研究进展进行了系统综述. |
