Abstract	患者主体性与医患主体间性的探索由来已久,叙事医学的勃兴丰富了历史叙事中患者主体性的学术内涵与临床语境中医患主体间性的本质思辨.围绕这两个命题深入开掘,一方面深入梳理了医学史中患者主体性的认知蜕变历程,指出近代、现代主流医史学家对于历史叙事中明显的医患主体性偏倚有所警觉,并致力于在医史叙事中强化患者的地位与价值;另一方面揭示了临床境遇中医患主体间性的两个基本特征,弱者的尊严与他者的关怀,缘此,拓展共情、恻隐、悲悯、敬畏等利他情怀,丰富了陪伴、见证、抚慰、安顿的关怀节目,试图为医患和谐图景提供新的理论支点.
