Abstract
美国社区学院在招生、课程教学、收费和承担功能等方面都呈现出面向普通民众的特征,与我国职业教育具有相似性,通过剖析其教学机制、衔接机制、管理体制和保障机制,为我国职业教育服务城乡融合提供制度借鉴.我国职业教育应从职业教育管理制度、办学体制制度和质量保障制度等方面做好顶层设计,推动职业教育群体的人力资本提升,为职业教育服务城乡融合提供制度保障.
