| Abstract | 患者,男,39 岁.阴茎溃疡 9 天,躯干、四肢丘疹、丘疱疹、溃疡 6 天.患者发病前 10 天存在同性高危性行为.皮肤科查体:阴茎体部可见一黄豆大小溃疡,无触痛,浅表淋巴结未触及.躯干、四肢可见散在分布米粒大小丘疹及丘疱疹,部分丘疱疹中央可见溃疡形成.猴痘病毒核酸检测阳性.诊断:猴痘.目前患者转定点医院治疗. |
