| Abstract | 乳腺癌已成为全球癌症发病率最高的恶性肿瘤。腋窝淋巴结是乳腺癌转移最常见的转移部位，准确评估腋窝淋巴结转移状态对乳腺癌患者TNM分期、个体化辅助治疗方案制定及预后判断具有重要意义。磁共振扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging, DWI)是目前唯一能无创观察活体水分子微观运动的功能成像技术，DWI在乳腺癌淋巴结转移诊断方面具有明显优势。本文对DWI在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移定性诊断中的应用价值进行了综述。 |
