Abstract
目的 探讨子宫切除术后电刺激生物反馈联合磁治疗对盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的预防作用.方法 选取行子宫全切除术的60例患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例,电刺激生物反馈治疗),研究组(30例,电刺激生物反馈治疗联合磁治疗).比较两组患者的PFD发生率、盆腔器官脱垂(POP-Q)情况、Ⅰ类肌疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌疲劳度、阴道压力、盆底肌力.结果 研究组患者的PFD发生率、POP-Q评级≥Ⅱ度占比、Ⅰ类肌疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌疲劳度均低于对照组,POP-Q评级为0~Ⅰ度的占比、盆底肌力分级、阴道压力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 电刺激生物反馈联合磁治疗能提高子宫切除术后PFD患者的肌力及张力,有助于改善盆底功能.
